Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a glass sprinkled with more berries. Enjoy!
