Nutty Almond Butter Oat-Banana Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).

Coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

In a bowl, mix oats, almond butter, and mashed bananas until well blended; fold in the walnuts and roll the mixture into balls the size of a tablespoon. Flatten the balls slightly and arrange them on the cookie sheet; bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
