Dario 3.5 – The Newest Updates to the Dario App
The Dario app version 3.5.0 is now available for download on the App Store and the Google Play Store.
We just released the newest version of the Dario app with loads of new features to help you more easily and simply manage your diabetes. The newest version, 3.5.0, contains stability improvements and bug fixes but also presents three new features.
Food Barcode Scanner
First, we’ve included an easy-to-use barcode scanner to help you more easily log food in the app. The barcode scanner has helped create an enhanced carb counting experience by making it easier than ever to log carbohydrates directly in the app.
We know that carb counting is one of the hardest parts of diabetes management – that’s why this new feature is so valuable. You can directly scan the barcodes of any packaged food you plan to eat and Dario will estimate the number of carbs contained in the food – it’s that simple!
Weight Logging and Tracking
The weight logging and tracking feature is also important because it gives you another parameter to keep an eye on to determine if you’re meeting your health goals. You can set a target weight goal in the app and add weight measurements via the data entry screen or when taking blood glucose measurements.
This way you can build a picture over time and track your progress towards weight loss. You can even view a graph to see how your weight has changed over time and see how close or far you are from meeting your goals.
Dario Inbox
Lastly, we’ve included a new way to communicate inside the app. Via the inbox, you’ll receive tips, alerts, and messages delivered directly to your smartphone inside the Dario app.
Our goal is to give you the best tools available and make managing your diabetes as easy as possible. That’s why the newest updates to the app include added features that will help you develop a clearer picture of how you are managing your health.
We’re constantly working to make Dario better and include more great features. If you have any recommendations or comments, don’t hesitate to contact us!
