Changed Your Mind?

Any All-In-One Dario Blood Glucose Monitor (the “Dario Meter”) purchased directly from the Dario e-store website (http://shop.mydario.com) may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, provided that you meet all the conditions set forth below.  A free Dario Meter offered during one of our online sales campaigns cannot be returned and is not refundable.

In order to start the return and refund process, please call the Dario Customer Care Team at 1-800-895-5921 Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern Time to request a Return Material Authorization number (“RMA”).

Once you receive your RMA, in order to obtain your refund, you must deliver the Dario Meter, unused, unopened and in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, documentation and forms provided with the Dario Meter, (collectively, the “Materials”) with the RMA, within fifteen (15) days of the date on which the RMA is issued and within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.  The Dario Meter, Materials and the RMA should be sent in a single package according to shipping instructions provided by our Customer Service Department.

Once we receive your package and verify compliance with all conditions above, DarioHealth Corp. shall refund the purchase price paid, minus shipping and handling charges ($8.00 per unit), gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (including state taxes, customs fees, and VAT, via your original method of payment.  The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time.

The Customer assumes any and all risk of loss or damage to the Dario Meter and the Materials while in transit to DarioHealth Corp.

Dario Blood Glucose Test Strips, Dario Sterile Lancets, Dario Glucose Control Solution and Dario Disposable Covers (collectively, “Dario Supplies”) are considered medical supplies and therefore are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective (see below).

DarioHealth Corp. retains the right to either refuse delivery or charge customer with restocking fees with respect to any product returned in a manner inconsistent with this policy, plus a fee of $24.00 to cover shipping and handling costs.

Something Wrong with your Dario Product?

If your Dario Meter or Dario Supplies (collectively “Dario Products”) are not working properly due to a defect in materials or workmanship that appears within the first twelve months from the date of original purchase, DarioHealth Corp., in its discretion, may replace your defective Dario Product, subject to the terms and conditions of your warranty. For additional information please refer to the warranty in your User Guide.

Please call Dario Customer Care Team at 1-800-895-5921 Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern Time, to report a problem with your Dario Product.

Please note that the warranty found in your User Guide is the sole warranty provided by DarioHealth Corp. and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. The warranty in your User Guide applies only to the original purchasers of Dario Products and/or their agents and does not apply to the performance of a Dario Product that has been damaged by accident or has been altered, misused, tampered with, or abused in any way.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed online through http://shop.mydario.com can be cancelled and refunded within twenty-four (24) hours after the initial order is placed by calling the Dario Customer Care Team at 1-800-895-5921, Monday- Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern.

Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time prior to next order renewal fulfilment and payment. To cancel your subscription plan please log into your Dario Store account or call the Dario Customer Care Team at 1-800-895-5921, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern. Once the order renewal on your subscription plan has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund.
