Refund and Cancelation Policy

Any All-In-One Dario Blood Glucose Monitoring System (the “Dario Meter”) purchased directly from the Dario e-store website (the “Dario Shop”) may be eligible for a partial refund, as specified below, within fifteen (15) calendar days of its original purchase date.

Please contact Dario Customer Support at 1-800-895-5921, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern with your order number and/or invoice number, and we may refund your purchase price minus any applicable taxes, VAT, wire commissions, shipping charges and any other applicable fees. Such partial refund shall be processed, via your original method of payment. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time.

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, a free Dario Meter, Dario Blood Pressure Monitor, Dario Travel Case, Dario KN95 Face Masks, Dario Sterile Lancets, Dario Glucose Control Solution or any other free gifts offered during one of our online sales campaigns will be charged at Dario store price if original order is cancelled and refunded after being processed.

Additionally, if you purchased your Dario Products from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please seek refund according to their respective guidelines.
Dario Blood Pressure Monitoring System (the “Dario Blood Pressure”), Dario Blood Glucose Test Strips, Dario Sterile Lancets, Dario Glucose Control Solution, Dario Disposable Covers, KN95 Face Masks (collectively, “Dario Supplies”) are considered medical supplies and therefore are NOT eligible for returns nor refunds unless they are defective.

Something Wrong with Your Dario Product?

If your Dario Meter or Dario Blood Pressure Monitor (collectively “Dario Products”) are not working properly due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the first twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase, DarioHealth Corp., after inspecting, may replace your defective “Dario Product”, subject to the terms and conditions of your warranty. For additional information please refer to the warranty in your User Guide.

In order to begin an investigation into a defect in any “Dario Product”, please call Dario Customer Support at 1-800-895-5921 Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern.

If you purchased any of the Dario Products from a store other than the Dario Shop please note that your ability to return said Dario Products, receive a refund, receive repair services, or other remedies, is governed by your contract with the third party, and NOT DarioHealth Corp. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, DarioHealth Corp. shall have NO liability or responsibilities towards you based on your dealings with any third party.
Please note that the warranty found in your User Guide is the sole warranty provided by DarioHealth Corp. and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. The warranty in any Dario Product User Guide applies only to the original purchasers of Dario Products. The warranty does not apply to the performance of a Dario Product that has been damaged by accident or has been altered, misused, tampered with, or abused in any way.

Dario Super Saver Test Strip Subscription Plan Cancellation and Refund

CancelationSuper Saver Test Strip Subscription Plan orders placed online through the Dario Shop can be canceled and their charge reversed within twenty-four (24) hours of their initial order being placed by calling Dario Customer Support at 1-800-895-5921, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern or by emailing support@mydario.com with your order number and/or invoice number. Once the order has been processed however, it is not eligible for refund and cannot be returned for a refund. No refunds will be issued after this time.
Upon your request we will cancel your Subscription Plan and refund your Subscription purchase price, provided the order has not already been processed. Such refund shall be processed, via your original method of payment. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing times.
Renewal CancelationSuper Saver Test Strip Subscription Plan orders may be canceled at any time prior to the next order renewal and payment date. Once the order renewal on your Subscription Plan has been processed however, it is not eligible for refund and cannot be returned for a refund. To cancel your Subscription Plan, please call Dario Customer Support at 1-800-895-5921, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern or by emailing support@mydario.com with your order number and/or invoice number. No refunds will be issued after this time.

Dario Diabetes Success Membership Plan Cancelation and Refund (Basic, Pro, Premium)

Cancelation – Only six months and/or annual Diabetes Success Membership Plan orders placed online through the Dario Shop can be canceled and their charge partially reversed within fifteen (15) calendar days of their initial order being placed by calling Dario Customer Support at 1-800-895-5921, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern or by emailing support@mydario.com with your order number and/or invoice number. No refunds will be issued after this time.
Upon your request we will cancel your Membership Plan and partially refund your Membership purchase price, as applicable, minus a minimum charge for any Dario Supplies & Services provided and/or shipped, any applicable taxes, VAT, wire commissions, shipping charges and any other applicable fees. Such partial refund shall be processed, via your original method of payment. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing times.
Renewal Cancelation – Only six months and/or annual Diabetes Success Membership Plans may be canceled and their charge reversed at any time prior to the next renewal and payment date or their charge partially reversed within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the renewal and payment date. To cancel the renewal of your Membership Plan, please call Dario Customer Support at 1-800-895-5921, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern or by emailing support@mydario.com with your order number and/or invoice number. No refunds will be issued after this time.
Upon your request we will cancel your Membership Plan and partially refund your Membership renewal purchase price, as applicable, minus a minimum charge for any Dario Supplies & Services provided and/or shipped, any applicable taxes, VAT, wire commissions, shipping charges and any other applicable fees. Such partial refund shall be processed, via your original method of payment. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing times.
Three-month and/or a one-month Membership Plans are not eligible for any refunds.

Dario Hypertension Success Program Membership Plan Cancelation and Refund

No refunds will be issued after this time.

Renewal Cancelation – Hypertension Success Program Membership plans may be canceled at any time prior to the next renewal and payment date. Once the order renewal on your Membership Plan has been processed however, it is not eligible for refund. To cancel the renewal of your Membership Plan, please call Dario Customer Support at 1-800-895-5921, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern or by emailing support@mydario.com. No refunds will be issued after this time.

Dario Solving Stress Membership Plan Cancelation and Refund

CancelationSolving Stress Membership orders placed online through the Dario Shop can be canceled and their charge reversed within fifteen (15) calendar days of their initial order being placed provided no more than one (1) Consultation Service was utilized by calling Dario Customer Support at 1-800-895-5921, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern or by emailing support@mydario.com with your order number and/or invoice number. No refunds will be issued after this time.
Upon your request we will cancel your Membership Plan and refund your Membership purchase price, as applicable. Such refund shall be processed, via your original method of payment. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing times.

Dario Telemedicine Membership Plan Cancelation and Refund

CancelationTelemedicine Membership Plan orders placed online through the Dario Shop can be canceled and their charge partially reversed within fifteen (15) days of their initial order being placed provided NO Consultation Services were utilized by calling Dario Customer Support at 1-800-895-5921, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern or by emailing support@mydario.com with your order number and/or invoice number. No refunds will be issued after this time.
Upon your request we will cancel your Membership Plan and partially refund your Membership purchase price, as applicable, minus a minimum charge for any Dario Supplies provided and/or shipped, any applicable taxes, VAT, wire commissions, shipping charges and any other applicable fees. Dario Telemedicine Consultation Service Plan Cancelation and Refund
