Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

This is definitely the best fudgy cocoa brownies recipe! So easy to make, yet so delicious – they’ll be gone in seconds!

Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. liquid stevia
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup non-fat milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F (149°C). Grease an 8-inch baking pan and set aside.

In a bowl, mix whole coconut flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and stevia; stir in yogurt and milk until well-combined. Whisk in the flour mixture until well-combined.

Spread the batter into the pan and bake for about 28 minutes or until the brownies are fudgy. Remove from oven and let cool completely on wire rack before slicing into squares.
