Beef Teriyaki with Zucchini
For a low carb, hearty dinner with some green, you can’t beat this recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
- 7 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (low-sodium)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
Directions
Mix beef with 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce in a zip-top bag and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
In a skillet set over medium heat, toast sesame seeds; set aside. Drain the marinated beef and discard the marinade.
Add beef to the skillet and sauté until browned; remove beef from skillet and keep warm.
Add oil, scallions and zucchini to the skillet and sauté for about 4 minutes or until browned.
Stir in the remaining teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds; serve with beef.
